[dropcap]I[/dropcap]t’s been a tough year for all of us. So I thought I’d share some highlights from the amazing weddings I had the opportunity to document this year. I am so blessed to serve such great couples.

 

My first wedding of 2020 was definitely one for the books. Blake and Matt had to change their original plans and decided to come to Canaan Valley with just their very closest family and tie the knot. I will never forget how very special their intimate wedding was. You could feel the Holy Spirit on that mountain top as they all say “How Deep the Father’s Love for us”. So special.

Next up was Hanah and Spencer’s beautiful late spring wedding. Her bouquet was just my favorite!! Love these two so much! Now they’re expecting a baby in the new year. How exciting!

In June we celebrated Heather and Chance’s beautiful wedding!!! It was the perfect day.

Leslie and Kevin got married on the most beautiful July day! Their wedding was SO special!! Also, her veil was my favorite!! WOW!!!

Virginia and Cody’s HOT July wedding was nothing short of incredible. I just love these two!!! One of our favorite couples. I remember texting Ginny so much when we both were stressing out about our ever changing wedding plans. These two will forever have a special place in my heart!

Just a week before my own wedding, I had the honor of documenting one of the most special wedding days for Emily and Rob!! Their love is just the sweetest. I will never forget riding up the ski lift to get to their mountaintop ceremony. So awesome!!

The first week back to work after our wedding and honeymoon I got to document another beautiful mountaintop ceremony. We are so blessed to live where we do! Thanks for allowing me to photograph your lovely wedding day, Abby and Tippy!

Another amazing Deep Creek wedding happened at the end of September when Amanda and Chris finally tied the knot. This was their plan B, but honestly I don’t think they’d have it any other way. It was the most beautiful day. Love these two and their sweet family!

Kaleigh and Joe also had to move their wedding date because of COVID, but that didn’t put a damper on anything! Love their fairytale wedding at The George Washington. These two had the BEST first look!!

 

The fall became very busy. I love getting to document Samantha and Kyle’s rustic wedding day. The color was AMAZING from the top of the hill on their family farm! Such a great day!

 

Another epic mountaintop ceremony, but this time it was COLD!!! No cold could stop Skylar and Todd’s love though, they had the best day!!

December weddings are my new favorite!! Nicole and Rob’s plan C worked out just perfectly! I loved their intimate ceremony on Deep Creek Lake. These two are just the sweetest! Also, look at her dress. WOW!

 

To finish out this year, I got to celebrate with Emily and Jacob and their closest friends and family. They had the most beautiful foot washing ceremony and the best family style dinner! It was the perfect day to end my 2020 wedding season.
