On this week’s preferred venues series, we’re talking all about one of Garrett County’s finest venues, The White Barn at Lucas Farm. Not only is this venue a photographer’s dream to shoot at because of all the gorgeous white walls, beautiful rolling hills and natural light, but the owners, Brittney and Matt are so great to work with.

I first met Brittney when the barn was just finished for their open house about four years ago. I knew that her vision for a beautiful place that couples could come and tie the knot would be amazing! Since they built the barn, they’ve hosted over a hundred events and weddings for couples over the last few years. Amazing! Every time I arrive at the barn, Brittney greets us with a smiling face making sure things are running smoothly.

With 40 acres of gorgeous land and a barn that can hold up to 250 people for your reception, this place has it all! I’m really hoping to be back at The White Barn soon. It’s such a beautiful place to say “I do”.
