Today’s Friday favorites post is featuring the beautiful Glade Creek Farm wedding venue. Located in southern West Virginia, this venue features over 100 picturesque acres and a stunning chapel for ceremonies. The owners, Rhonda and Gerard, are two of the sweetest people ever and have an amazing staff! I remember driving up to the venue last fall for Mary and Silas’s beautiful day and thinking how lovely the venue was.
With large windows and elegant charm, the bridal suite at Glade Creek Farm is perfect for any bride and her girls to get ready. Just off the bridal suite is a large white porch which you can see photographs so well for those getting ready shots! Off site, a brand new large cabin is also a great option for a beautiful getting ready space. We used both places for Mary and Silas’s wedding and it worked perfectly. Side note, aren’t these the sweetest photos with Mary and her girls?! They had the best wedding party.
Perhaps one of my favorite ceremony sites ever, this elegant chapel is the most elegant place to say “I do”. Rhonda was telling us what a feat it was the acquire the stunning stain glass windows. She and Gerard hauled the windows all the way across the state of West Virginia. They are from an old church that was being torn down in the northern panhandle. Let’s just say, show stoppers!
On top of the hill at Glade Creek Farm are those rolling hills of the West Virginia mountains. Mary and Silas were able to sneak away from dinner for these epic sunset portraits. I love the cotton candy skies in these! So beautiful.
A unique and rustic feel, the reception barn at the Glade Creek Farm wedding venue is a great space to party the night away! With fairy lights and white draping, it adds just enough to make any wedding elegant.
