When Abigail and Jace first told me about their vision for a picnic-themed engagement session, I knew it would be a dream to photograph. Nestled in the heart of a West Virginia flower farm, their session was a perfect blend of romance and natural beauty. With the golden glow of the afternoon sun streaming through fields of vibrant blooms, the setting was ideal for their classic picnic engagement session in West Virginia.

A Picture-Perfect Picnic Setting

I had the best time looking for items for this theme. I found a cute woven picnic basket, and vintage crystal flutes at my mother in law’s house that I knew would be the perfect addition to what we had in mind. Abigail and Jace shared laughs, sipped on a bottle of wine, and cozied up for some beautiful photos. The laid-back atmosphere of their picnic theme was both heartwarming and timeless, setting the tone for a memorable day.

A Second Look: Stunning Pink Dress

After capturing their carefree picnic moments, Abigail changed into a breathtaking pink dress that added a touch of elegance to the session. The dress was a showstopper, flowing beautifully as she and Jace strolled hand in hand through the flower fields. The soft pink hues of the dress complemented the farm’s colorful backdrop and created such a magical contrast to the relaxed picnic vibe. 

We ended their session popping champagne and got the best giggles!! They are some of my favorite images ever!

Abigail and Jace’s flower farm session was truly a classic picnic engagement session in West Virginia.
