Wildflower Events in West Virginia, Celebrating 2 Years of Creative Event Design

Working with Morgan of Wildflower Events was such a joy. Morgan reached out to me to capture her brand and it was such a pivotal moment for me as a photographer. Morgan was one of my first brand sessions which makes this post extra special for me. And honestly, her energy and excitement just made every shot that much better.

Wildflower Events in West Virginia specializes in designing stunning event decor, from intricate balloon arches to charming tablescapes and floral accents. She’s the go-to for creating aesthetically pleasing setups for small weddings, baby showers, and bridal showers, bringing her unique touch to every celebration.

For Morgan’s brand session, we focused on capturing three main setups:

The Office Vibes

First we started off at 304 Collective, the studio I love using for sessions like this. We wanted to capture those behind-the-scenes moments of Morgan, working on her computer, organizing rentals, and planning out designs. It was all about documenting her creative process while also showing the thoughtful work that goes into every project she takes on.

The Creative Setup

The second setup showcased Morgan’s signature balloon arches, a standout element of her event designs. I watched as she meticulously arranged each balloon, creating a celebratory display for the anniversary of Wildflower Events. The balloon arch featured her brand name, marking nearly three years in business! Morgan’s attention to detail shone through as she paired colors, textures, and accents to craft a look that was both playful and polished.

The Tablescape

For the third setup, we transitioned to a styled tablescape – a service Morgan offers to elevate any gathering. She prepared elegant glassware, simple floral arrangements, and a refined, elevated look. Morgan adds a touch of class to any gathering. The tablescape not only highlighted her rental collection but also showcased Morgan’s eye for creating a cohesive and stylish setup. Her talent really stood out here, showing how she can take the smallest event and make it feel special and intentional.

Morgan’s personality is as vibrant as her designs. She’s bubbly, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares about making her clients’ visions come to life. Though we didn’t focus on it in this session, she also does a lot of work for West Virginia University. She is consistently staying booked with clients in the Morgantown, WV area.
