The Gift of Friendship

Growing up, I had several friends. I can’t really say I had one best friend… but several friend groups. It was such a blessing. As I graduated high school and started college, I realized none of those friends I had growing up would see me every day. Sure I still am in contact with a lot of them, but I truly missed the community. I knew when I started In His Image, that I’d want to book clients who knew they would become friends. I missed that friendship that I once had growing up. Now when I shoot weddings, it’s like I’m attending a friend’s wedding.

The gift of friendship is so special to me. That’s why every couple who books with me knows, you’re more than just a client. Over the last 5 years, I’ve had the privilege to document so many weddings. Those couples become friends, our family. And now, I document the next stage in their lives. Talk about a blessing!
