This branding session with Lauren Edmond, a travel advisor who curates immersive, lifestyle travel experiences, was the perfect example of how thoughtful planning and creative direction can elevate a brand’s entire online presence.

Lauren’s goal? To show her audience that booking travel with her is anything but ordinary. She curates transformational travel experiences rooted in culture, balance, and intention…not your average trip to Disney or an all-inclusive package.

From the moment Lauren attended my Galentine’s Event in February, I knew her brand would be something special to capture. We planned a full-day session in Newport, Rhode Island, an area filled with New England charm, coastal views, and luxury vibes that aligned perfectly with the experiences she designs for her clients.

Location 1: Coastal Newport Streets & Brick-Lined Charm

We started the morning in the heart of Newport’s historic waterfront district, lined with brick streets, local shops, and a picturesque harbor backdrop. We captured her walking through the cobblestone paths, styled in outfits that spoke to her coastal, nautical brand aesthetic. These images now speak volumes about her love for adventure and the charm she infuses into every trip she plans.

Location 2: Boutique Hotel Office-Inspired Setups

Next, we returned to her hotel room to stage working shots that felt real, refined, and editorial. We used props like maps, travel books, and curated souvenirs from her journeys. These details helped tell the story of a travel advisor who’s not just planning trips but offering deeply researched, soul-fueling experiences.

Location 3: A Luxe Lunch at The Vanderbilt

We made time for a working lunch at The Vanderbilt, a stunning and elegant location in Newport. With natural light pouring in and a glass of rosé in hand, Lauren’s presence in these photos feels both aspirational and grounded. The vibe? Relaxed luxury. Exactly what her brand represents.

Location 4: Lifestyle Lounge Moments & Hotel Lobby

After lunch, we moved to the hotel lobby and lounge area for casual lifestyle shots. These photos showed Lauren in her element, relaxed, refreshed, and approachable. It was important to me that we captured her as she is: confident, passionate, and full of purpose.

Location 5: Golden Hour Picnic at Newport Vineyards

We ended the shoot with a dreamy picnic at Newport Vineyards, thanks to their incredible team who helped us set up a beautiful charcuterie spread. These photos feel like the perfect mix of business and pleasure, professional yet relaxed. The soft evening light, the vineyard views, and the casual picnic setup created a picturesque close to an unforgettable session.
