2025 Branding Photography with Zoe Evans Photography

As 2025 comes to a close, I’m reflecting on what an incredible year it’s been for my branding side of Zoe Evans Photography. From local small businesses to destination shoots and heartfelt collaborations, this year brought a wide variety of sessions that truly lit me up creatively. I’m so honored to have supported so many passionate, visionary women and brands. Each session had a story to tell and a mission worth celebrating. Being able to share that through my lens has been such a blessing!

Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from this year’s branding sessions:

February: Creative Hearts Connect – Community Over Competition

We kicked off the year with a Galentine’s-inspired networking event called Creative Hearts Connect, hosted at 304 Collective. I invited women in small businesses to come together for connection, community, and creative fun. Including permanent jewelry, treats from a local baker, and a handful of stunning headshots for everyone who attended! This event was such a reminder that entrepreneurship doesn’t have to feel lonely, we’re better together. 

March: Branding Session Swap with Ashley Grzybowski

My good friend Ashley (a fellow brand photographer, you can view her website here!) and I decided to kick off our busy seasons by swapping branding sessions. We each planned a creative day to update our own content and brainstorm for the year ahead. It was such a fun and refreshing way to pour into our own businesses while supporting each other. 

A Handful of Spring Sessions River City Inn, Sunrise Cabins & Hayley Reynolds

River City Inn: I photographed their first content shoot to highlight the beautiful spaces and laid-back, modern vibe of this boutique motel. Later in the summer, we returned to capture lifestyle images of guests enjoying the outdoors— hiking, biking, and relaxing in Tucker County.

Sunrise Cabins (River Living WV): I was so excited to help them launch a brand new cabin this year! We started with a session that captured the cozy, inviting charm of the space and its riverfront views, perfect for their Airbnb listing and social media content. Later in the year, we went back for a cozy fall session, complete with changing leaves and warm seasonal touches, to highlight how beautiful and relaxing the cabins are year-round. It was the perfect way to showcase the versatility of their space and attract guests during every season.

Hayley Greynolds Photography: Hayley brought the energy with her bright personality and fun pink blazer for a session at 304 Collective. It was such a blast capturing her joyful, professional spirit and helping her refresh her brand visuals!

Summer Spotlight: Unique Seat Boutique with Sabrina

Sabrina had never had professional branding photos taken before and wow, did she shine! As the creative mind behind Unique Seat Boutique, she planned a session that brought her passion to life. We captured everything from design planning to event prep, giving her future clients a peek into what it’s like to work with her.

Summer Excursion to Newport, Rhode Island with Lauren Edmond

One of my favorite sessions of the year was traveling to Newport, Rhode Island to photograph luxury travel advisor Lauren Edmond. We explored iconic streets, boutique hotels, and vineyards to tell the story of her immersive travel planning services. This session was about so much more than headshots, it was about showing the heart and experience behind her brand.

Finishing the Fall Season Strong with Liz Agnellini, Sunrise Cabins (Fall), and The Onyx Room

Liz’s Virtual Assistant Brand Session – Mom Life Meets CEO

One of my favorite branding sessions this year was with Liz Agnellini, (my Virtual Assistant)! She came in with such a clear, thoughtful vision: to capture the balance of mom life and CEO life. We made that happen in such an intentional, beautiful way. From her iced chai and cozy workspace to working alongside her toddler, we highlighted the real, relatable moments that make her brand so special. It was such a joy to bring her story to life through these images!

Finally, I closed out 2025 with a branding shoot at The Onyx Room with Brittany Ann and her team of college grads. It was inspiring to document her mentorship program and give her team fresh professional headshots as they step into their careers.
