Katie + Trevor | A Winter Deep Creek Lake Wedding

Weddings

When Katie and Trevor booked earlier this year for a November wedding, I was excited and a little nervous if I’m being honest. We woke up to very cold temperatures on their wedding day, but nothing could stop their beautiful winter Deep Creek Lake wedding!! Despite the cold, I can truly say that they had the best day with their family and friends. It was a gorgeous winter wedding!

I first met Katie and Trevor this summer for their Deep Creek Lake engagement session and knew I loved them then. They are so down to earth, sweet and tons of fun. Trevor keeps Katie smiling and their love for Christ just shines through their love for each other.

It’s no secret that I truly love every wedding, but I was extra excited for Katie and Trevor’s because I knew that their wedding glorify The Lord. I can’t tell you how many times I teared up just thinking “they are going to have one beautiful life together.”

Katie’s ring is a family heirloom. Isn’t it gorgeous?!

The bond between Katie and Ben is indescribable. He loves her so much! We were tearing up all day because of how sweet these two are together.

Oh and Katie’s first look with her Daddy. These get me every time!! So beautiful!!!

Aren’t Katie and her girls just beautiful?! Models for sure!!

A few quick portraits after they said “I do!”

This bridal party was so much fun!!

The fur, velvet dresses and those florals were amazing!!! Loved this color combo.

After a quick break with hand and toe warmers, it was portraits time for Katie and Trevor! My favorite part of wedding days, when the bride and groom get to soak in all the “we’re finally married” snuggles, smiles and warm embraces.

We warmed up and headed into the most beautiful decorated barn! I loved all the winter touches.

A few quick portraits in between the great party to end the evening!

So much fun! Katie and Trevor, thank you so much for allowing me to document your wedding day. It truly was the best day!! May The Lord greatly bless your marriage. You two are going to have an amazing life together!

xoxo,
Zoe
