Jewell + Owen | A Fall Deep Creek Lake Wedding

Weddings

This gorgeous fall Deep Creek Lake Wedding was just to die for. I mean, yes it was extra special to our hearts because Jewell and Owen were finally tying the knot, but my goodness was it so pretty! Thomas and Owen are first cousins. When Owen and Jewell got engaged last year, we were so excited for them. I truly don’t know two people better for each other! From the first family dinner at Nana and Papa’s house, I knew Jewell would be the one for Owen! She is just the sweetest, most thoughtful and beautiful person inside and out. We are SO happy for these two!

I started the day just like I love to begin every wedding day, with the details. Let me just say that Jewell truly thought of everything for me! From the sparkly veil to the beautiful rings-everything worked out so well. And don’t forget about her shoes! WOW!

I cried so much on Saturday, so many happy tears!! These moments are the best. When it’s family, it’s even better.

So many happy tears!! Love this one!

A bridal party made up of your very closest friends is the best! They were a lot of fun.

We might have had to take cover from the rain under these trees for some portraits… but they were perfect. Overcast wedding days have the best soft light! I love their smiles in these! The “yay-we’re married” smiles!

Perhaps my fav of all time of them!! So much joy!

The reception venue was decorated so beautifully! I love all of the fun and personalized touches Jewell thought of. What a fun evening!! I may or may not have gotten 15,000 steps because we were dancing the night away!

Congratulations, Jewell and Owen! So happy we get to share lasts names now, Jewell! We love you two so much!

xoxo,

Zoe
